Welcome to VILLA ONEIRO


In Kefalos, the place with the soft tourism on the Dodecanese island of Kos, "Villa Oneiro" (*Oneiro in Greek means dream) is ready for the coming season. The remarkably beautiful villa is located on a hill (80 m) about 700 m from the sea with a breathtaking view over the Aegean Sea, vis-a-vis the volcanic island of Nisyros.

The Property

 
The property consists of a two-storey main house (Estia Deluxe) with approx. 200 sqm of living space, a spacious, open living/kitchen/terrace area with swimming pool, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, can accommodate 6 adults.
 
The second house (Rea)  with a living space of approx. 120 square meters, living/kitchen area, private swimming pool, 1 bedroom, 1 studio in the basement right by the pool and 2 bathrooms is 15m away, can accommodate 4 adults.
 
The air conditioning operates via surface cooling/heating using heat pumps environmentally friendly.
 
The house is not recommended for small children and children who cannot swim, as the area also has steep slopes and the pools are not fully secured (fenced).

Quiet, close to nature and yet urban

Location

 

 

Villa Oneiro is about 2 km from the small town of Kefalos, where all shops and restaurants can be found.

 

 

Below the villa, a footpath leads in about 15 minutes through the beautiful macchia directly to Kamari beach. The beach can also be reached by car in 5 minutes.

 

 

The location offers the advantages of a quiet stay close to nature, without having to forego the amenities of a lively town.

A footpath leads from the villa in about 15 minutes directly to the beach and the “Syrtaki” restaurant in Kamari bay. The owner of the restaurant is also co-owner of the villa and takes care of the perfect organization on site including reception at the Syrtaki restaurant, explanation of the houses, handover of keys.


The “Syrtaki” offers fine traditional Greek cuisine, a beach bar and loungers with parasols right on the beach. The journey by car takes about 5 minutes and the town of Kefalos with all shopping facilities is about 2 km away.
